We currently have our site set up to ship to the following destinations, we’re slowly adding the rest of the World. If you’re somewhere NOT on the list please email us and we’ll add your country on so you can place your order.

Shipping Charges
Our charges are based on the total cost of your order, with locations outside the UK having a further supplementary charge. Large items such as our rulebooks also have a shipping supplement to account for their increased weight. Prices below have been updated for Royal Mail 2015 prices.

UK: Up to £15: £1, Up to £35: £2, Up to £60: £3, More than £60: £4.
Europe: Up to £10: £3.50, Up to £25: £4.50, Up to £50: £5.50, More than £50: £6.50.
Rest of the World: Up to £10: £4, Up to £25: £5, Up to £50: £6, More than £50: £7.

If this calculator drastically underestimates the shipping costs we incur, we may contact you to ask for a bit more. Conversely, if we end up charging you way too much for something, we’ll drop you a refund. Fair?

Shipping Times
We normally work 1 day (or at most 2 days) behind. So if you order on Monday, we’ll get to it normally on the Tuesday. Most small UK orders go 2nd class (~2 days), larger ones go 1st (~next day) or Parcel (~3-4 days). Outside the UK we use Airmail, which normally takes 3-4 days for Europe and 4-6 days for the Rest of the World. Overseas customers be aware that orders are often snagged up in your own countries customs, and that also you’re responsible for any import duties on your order.

Where is my order?
Delivery times above do not include delays which might include holidays, severe weather, or in the case of international shipping, customs holdups or handling by another mail service. If you don’t have your order the number of days noted above AFTER you get a confirmation email saying your order has been ‘Completed’, please allow an extra 7 days (UK) or 14 days (international) before contacting us. Your order will normally get to you by that time. If not, we’ll start thinking about sending you a replacement.

Missing or Faulty Items
While we are normally very careful, we do make mistakes. This is usually due to either overwork, small assistant interference or simply too much cider the night before. Please email us (below) and we’ll sort you out. If your entire order doesn’t appear, contact us – in this case we’ll normally ask you to wait a bit longer (depending on when you get in touch) before sending you a replacement. We’ll also need some details from you in order to file a claim with the Royal Mail.

Returns and Refunds
If you don’t like anything we send you, we’re happy to refund you in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations. Simply return it to our Crooked Lair (address below) at your cost, and we’ll refund you, less the original postage cost.
