Delivery Times UK orders will be posted 1st, 2nd or Parcel according to weight and P&P charged (delivery 1 day for 1st, 3 days for 2nd & Parcel). Other orders will be posted Airmail Small Packet (delivery 3 days to Western Europe, 4 to Eastern Europe, 5 days elsewhere). All delivery times are based on those given on the Royal Mail website – please don't hold us responsible if it arrives late. Postage & Packing The list below details our P&P charges – note our minimum order is £4. UK postage is calculated automatically, for destinations elsewhere you will have to manually add slightly more shipping using the button on the top right of the main store page. Note that postage for very small orders really is a big percentage of the total price you pay, our % reflect this. Pre-Orders Items listed as Pre-orders in the store are not yet available – any dates given are a best estimate of when they will become available. If you add pre-orders to your cart then your entire order (including available items) will ship when the last of your pre-orders becomes available. If you want available items more quickly than this, then please place two separate orders, one for available items, one for pre-orders. Combined Shipping If you have placed and are waiting for a pre-order, any further orders can be combined to save you some shipping. If you ask for a combined order in the 'notes to merchant' box during checkout we will hold your orders until all are available and ship them out together. We will adjust the shipping amount paid on your second order as if both orders were a single order. You pay a bit less, basically. UK Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) We take our responsibilities as a mainly internet based company seriously. Here are some of the salient points, full details are available here. • If you change your mind It happens! You can contact us within seven working days from the day after you get your order, and let us know you want to return any (or all) of our order. You must arrange return of the goods back to us as soon as possible at your own cost. The goods must be in the same condition as when they were received by you. We will then refund you the cost of the goods returned, less the original postage charges (the Royal Mail probably won't give it up!). • If we have got it wrong or your order is damaged If your order has missing or wrong items, or contains damaged items please contact us as above. You must let us know if you want a refund or replacement. In this case we may ask for any item(s) to be returned to us as soon as possible– we will pay for the cost of your return postage and the cost of posting any replacement items back to you. If you are returning items to us we suggest you get a certificate of posting or equivalent in case your return gets lost. If we are refunding you we will refund you the cost of the goods returned, including the postage charges if you return the entire order to us. • Faulty stuff after seven working days If we have supplied you with items which develop a fault within 6 months, contact us and we will endeavour to replace them or refund you. • Email newsletters By ordering from us we assume you’re interested in what we’re selling. We will automatically add your email address to our email list for any future email newsletters – although as a small company with a limited amount of releases don’t expect your inbox to start filling up just yet. If you wish to stop receiving these emails just send us an email saying so with your full name and the email address your newsletters come to and we will stop.
