Group Captain Jim Barrowight
Brought
into the present by Project Time Lift, this
unconventional WW2 RAF officer occasionally joins
Darius, the Man from 2000, and the Time Lift team in
their adventures. Unlike Darius, Jim Barrowight's
chroniton field is unstable, allowing him a limited
capacity to jump back and forward in his own time
stream. All of which is very confusing when he tries
to return a library book he wouldn't be borrowing
for another few weeks…

Project Time Lift's test run went far further into
the future than was intended – and brought back
Darius, a mysterious man from the year 2000. He is
secretive and reticent, yet being trapped in his own
past he is forced to use his knowledge and superior
mental powers to aid the team and try to get himself
home. Possibly also useful for portraying the
commander of a secret oganisation…
