"He had scurvy and rickets, and was covered from head to foot in festering sores. All in all he was quite the most ghastly apparition of a man I had ever seen." "I see, and who exactly was this poor unfortunate?"
Time to write the cast of the Princess Bride, cue awesome dialogue:
Quoted Text
Inigo Montoya: You are wonderful. Man in Black: Thank you; I've worked hard to become so. Inigo Montoya: I admit it, you are better than I am. Man in Black: Then why are you smiling? Inigo Montoya: Because I know something you don't know. Man in Black: And what is that? Inigo Montoya: I... am not left-handed. [Moves his sword to his right hand and gains an advantage] Man in Black: You are amazing. Inigo Montoya: I ought to be, after 20 years. Man in Black: Oh, there's something I ought to tell you. Inigo Montoya: Tell me. Man in Black: I'm not left-handed either.
Lolsville, Damnit I'm going to have to watch it again now!
Right, love it so far - the stackable thing is lovely.
But I'm in agreement with Karl, Concealment rather than Invisibility for the Thief (and no fricking Halflings - ARE YOU INSANE MAN)
As you have gone down the "Old Skool" path, using the older Terms (Cleric, Thief etc) why throw in a Terms like Sorcerer & Warrior - I say Keep it Old Skool, go for Magic-User/Wizard and Fighter!
I would also go for "Archetype" Cards for faster play and setup (one-off games rather than Campaign play) - Human Magic User, Dwarven Fighter, Elven Thief etc
For those who doubt my qualifications to comment (as I am sure there are) - I've been a DM since 1977 (http://dnd-realm.blogspot.com/ - My Blog, though I've been so into 7TV I haven't posted for a while - lazy me LoL)
It could conceivably run itself, with Monster and Encounter Cards by Level - even Dungeon Layout Cards!
I've been looking for an original sin, One with a twist and a bit of a spin - and since I've done all of the old ones, Till they've all been done in - Now I'm just looking, and I'm gone with the wind - Endlessly searching for an original sin . . .
I would never doubt your qualifications, and you gave some sound advice. And again, thanks for the comments. Thieves I also agreed with Karl strongly. Halflings are there for what hallfings are always there for.... comedy relief, Halfling Barbarians, doubly so.

That would be the plan. Right now I am too busy to get back to this one. Currently trying to make a haunted house that would run itself with "house" cards. This goes in hand with the recent (this morning) announcement of the my cabin being included in the 7ombie special. So, its onto lots of card stock terrain for the Bigger house. Stay tuned.
